Return and Store Credit Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns are available for purchases made directly through the official Crown Culture website within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at eddie0102@yahoo.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring that the package is adequately insured.

  • Approval and Restocking Fee: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a store credit will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • Store Credit: Approved returns will receive a store credit for future purchases. Please note that we do not offer refunds or direct exchanges.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance at support@crownculture.com.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
